UK NEQAS CPT Mohs/ BMT/ Renal Workshop 12th-13th September

Menarini Diagnostics will be attending the UK NEQAS Cellular Pathology Techniques Mohs/BMT/Renal Workshop on 12th and 13th September at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead.

Glasgow Molecular Pathology Node 12th September

Menarini Diagnostics will be attending the Glasgow Molecular Pathology Node Annual Research Symposium on the 12th September at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow.

NCRI CM-Path Biobanking Best Practice Workshop 17th May

Menarini Diagnostics will be attending the NCRI CM-Path Biobanking Best Practices Worksop in Leeds on 17th May. We will be showcasing our range of Innovative Cellular Pathology solutions such as our vacuum sealing solution TissueSAFE Plus which can provide a safer and documented management of your surgical specimens. We will also have FlashFREEZE our state-of-the-art freezing (-80°C) device for biobanking will be on show.

Preston 2018 Cellular Pathology Weekend Meeting 16th-18th March

Menarini Diagnostics will be attending the Cellular Pathology Weekend Meeting 2018 in Preston. We have the pleasure to invite you to attend the next Surgical Specimen Workshop! It will be arrange during the IBMS and we have pleasure to have two guest speakers presenting their experiences.

Surgical Specimen Management is the latest approach from Menarini to ensure that all patient samples are managed optimally. The workshop focuses on the latest technologies and processes developed to ensure that samples are received in the laboratory fresh and uncompromised allowing you to perform genetic and molecular testing on all samples. The solution also minimises exposure to formalin and allows fixation to be brought under the control of the histology laboratory.

The innovative solutions, TissueSAFE Plus and SealSAFE enable full chain of- custody, specimen tracking –starting directly in operating theatres. With the Surgical Specimen Management solution, you will achieve optimal morphological preservation for up to 72 hours. Surgical Specimen Management - Seminar Series

Surgical Specimen Management

Menarini has started their Surgical Specimen Management series for 2017! Menarini has previously held five seminars in an ongoing series of successful events around the UK.

These seminars introduce the latest technologies and processes developed to minimise exposure to formalin, to control fixation of surgical specimens and thus enabling optimal diagnostic reporting.  Also in this seminar was included the new systems for Frozen Tissue Management.  Attendees from London, Midlands and East of England were able to share information and discuss issues with colleagues from the laboratory, operating theatres, tissue banks and health & safety
